Dr. Artyushenko transformed his Lab of Applied fiber optics with partners from Germany and the USA into Joint Soviet-German-American Venture CeramOptec Systems in 1990 to spin-off his academic research into industrial production and decided to found in 1998 in Berlin his Art Photonics GmbH – to expand the limits of fiber optics, developing an extensive portfolio of products that covers a wide range of market sectors.
